What You Can Expect
In this one year immersion program, you’ll develop core investment banking skills to help support our clients’ business while launching your career in the industry. You’ll benefit from direct exposure on deals and transactions and interact with clients and teams globally.

Whether in a product or industry group, you will play a critical role to help develop and execute solutions for complex business problems. You’ll provide support by running financial analysis valuation, comparable and models, conducting research and helping with client pitches.
To prepare Junior Analysts from all backgrounds, you'll attend a three-week training program designed to cover the fundamentals of accounting and financial statement analysis, modeling and corporate valuation. You’ll also receive intensive on-the-job training from peers and managers.
Top performing Junior Analysts may receive offers to stay on to pursue their Analyst careers in investment banking.
About You
We're looking for individuals with the vision and initiative to develop and execute high-level strategic plans in collaboration with our clients around the world.
Key Qualifications:
- Senior in college/university or professional with up to three years of work experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail and a high energy level
- Adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
