Vault.com, a website for career seekers, has published its annual survey of top banks—ranking Goldman Sachs as the most prestigious bank in both North America and Europe and recognizing the firm’s comprehensive commitment to diversity.
This year’s first place ranking is the firm’s fifteenth consecutive year in the top spot in North America and eighth consecutive year in Europe.
Goldman Sachs also ranks first in the category of Overall Diversity, reflecting efforts that encompass the firm's commitment to individuals with disabilities, LGBT individuals, military veterans, minorities and women.
The firm scored high marks across Vault’s survey, achieving second place on its best place to work list in North America.
Vault, a career and industry research organization, publishes its investment bank rankings annually, surveying employees across a variety of categories, including prestige, firm culture, overall satisfaction, and work/life balance. Results are based on a weighted formula compiled by Vault.
