Our Investment Bank is made up of four key business lines: banking, markets, client capital management and research. We work in demanding and dynamic markets, and the strength of our team is an asset, setting us apart from our competitors.
Our strategy focuses on origination verticals, the businesses which involve collaboration between primary and secondary markets: banking, equities, and credit. We complement those businesses with a strong and focused macro business.
We have offices in over 30 countries across the world and advised on 4 of the top 10 global mergers and acquisition in 2014. We believe that strong, sustainable returns can only come from a business with firm values. We host 22 diversity networks with a total of 8, 800 members.
