CIB offers a series of structured programs which provide students and graduates with the experience and exposure they need to launch their careers in banking. Opportunities available in the New York office include:
Summer internships – CIB recruits junior-year undergraduate students and first-year graduate students for a ten-week structured, rotational program which includes training, workshops, speaker series, networking, and social events. The goal of the Summer Internship Program is to convert top talent into full-time hires for the following year’s Analyst and Associate Training Program.
Graduates – CIB’s structured Analyst and Associate Training Program lasts two years for Analyst level hires and one year for Associate level hires. The Program is non-rotational in front office areas, ensuring early responsibility and development opportunities. As well as first-class training and joining a global network, you’ll receive on-the-job coaching and support from your manager and colleagues.
