Ryan specializes in structuring equity and debt financings for emerging growth capital needs as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ryan has held the role of Managing Director and Head of Restaurants / Food & Beverage at C&Co/PrinceRidge, a New York based investment bank as well as Morgan Keegan (n/k/a Raymond James). In addition, Ryan worked in the Consumer & Retail group at Jefferies and Wachovia Securities (n/k/a Wells Fargo) executing transactions for some of the industry's leading restaurant operators.
